Daily Duties at Independent:
Execute daily trades in equity index futures contracts using Global Futures trading platform. Develop proprietary rules-based trading strategy to capitalize on short-term market movement and mitigate downside risk. Research short/long term market trends and analyze economic data to frame short-term trading thesis. Utilize real-time market news feed to time daily buys and sells. Audit daily market movement and trading activity to ensure adherence to methodology and evaluate efficacy of strategy
