•Originated and successfully implemented the company’s first National Sales Training Program, reducing sales force turnover by 80%. Reorganized the sales force trimming 2 million in expenses and a more effective sales group increased sales by 20% year on. • Responsible for trade/broker relations, new product development, sales presentations, merchandising strategies, package design and printing. •Started out of college as a territory sales rep leading the nation in sales in four of the first six quarters. •Was promoted to Assistant to the VP of Sales, National Sales Training Director and Brand Manager during my tenure.
