Daily Duties at Service Magic:
SP Life Cycle Management Team – Conduct all phases of account management for clients all over the United States. To include but not limited to keeping up with their licensing, insurance, billing and over all account health. Other responsibilities include; Welcome, Early Low, Success and Save calls. Must maintain a high level of “Lead Except Percentage” for all assigned accounts while maintaining the highest level of customer care. Previously with the Network Health Dept. and the Customer Service Dept.
