Business Analyst – Global Business Management - Generating and distributing reports to internal TeleTech and clients. Monitoring live resources for multiple clients and sites to adjust resources as required due to volume fluctuations, staffing shortages, call routing issues, and emergency situations. Coordination of off-phone activities, training, additional hours, and under-time. Responsible for monitoring call routing, working with external resources on routing issues and resolution. Performance reporting, Volume trending and Process implementation. Breakout of responsibilities: 60% Reporting, analysis, and process development. 30% Resource management. 10% Call monitoring and load balancing. Real Time Analyst - Global Real Time Agent Management of multiple call centers for multiple clients simultaneously worldwide. Manipulation of staff to meet Key Performance Metrics for Service Levels, Paid Utilization and Occupancy. Responsible for multiple reports to ensure stats are delivered in an efficient manner. Proficient in use of e-Work Force Management, Crystal Enterprise, ERS reporting system, and Microsoft office suite. Breakout of responsibilities: 50% Resource management. 30% Call monitoring and load balancing. 20% Reporting, analysis, and process development.
