Daily Duties at Us Nursing/Fastaff:
Responsible for the recruitment and placement of staffing client hospital needs with qualified travel ready Registered Nurses. Clearly verify, define, and obtain position requirements and gather information from account managers, hiring managers regarding hospital environment/platform, culture to ensure proper nurse suitability. Maintain an integral role in the facilitation and coordination of candidates for review and travel. Assisting in housing and travel accommodations. Verified and updated records department on each nurse’s state license, education and current certifications. Follow up with nurses to get feedback on their assignment, travels/accommodations and debrief management. Updated and maintained ATS to reflect nurse status through each assignment Led night shift on completion of projects both externally and internally Notified executives when hospitals reported future labor disputes.
