Daily Duties at Us Nursing/Fastaff:

 Responsible for the recruitment and placement of staffing client hospital needs with qualified travel ready Registered Nurses.  Clearly verify, define, and obtain position requirements and gather information from account managers, hiring managers regarding hospital environment/platform, culture to ensure proper nurse suitability.  Maintain an integral role in the facilitation and coordination of candidates for review and travel.  Assisting in housing and travel accommodations.  Verified and updated records department on each nurse’s state license, education and current certifications.  Follow up with nurses to get feedback on their assignment, travels/accommodations and debrief management.  Updated and maintained ATS to reflect nurse status through each assignment  Led night shift on completion of projects both externally and internally  Notified executives when hospitals reported future labor disputes.
