Daily Duties at Mentor 4 Inc.:

 Engage in full life cycle recruiting for sourcing and placing candidate with prospective clients for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement positions.  Clearly verify, define, and obtain position requirements and gather information from account managers, hiring managers regarding client environment/platform, culture to ensure proper candidate suitability.  Qualify candidates for job requirements, determined candidate suitability by evaluating requirements, negotiate compensation package, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and personal qualifications.  Responsible for maximizing profitability by negotiating pay rates with consultants based on position requirements and gross margin targets.  Check references and present qualified candidates to clients through a customized resume including synopsis and reference notes.  Coordinate and assist in scheduling client interviews, including a candidate interview preparation and debriefing.  Maintain current consultants through weekly check ins and consultant.
