Daily Duties at Money Gram International:
Identified, assessed, interviewed, presented job offers, negotiated salaries, conducted reference checks and verified drug screens for each candidate. Updated and maintained ATS reflecting candidate status through the recruitment/hiring process and ensure EEO/ADA compliance. Met with hiring managers to create specific recruitment strategies to meet the organizations hiring and retention needs. Worked with internal corporate trainers to create and customize standardized testing and screening tools to implement a more affective candidates screening process. Devised and implemented an employee referral incentive program to increase candidate pool. Increased employee retention from 58% to 72% within a seven month time frame by initiating a more affective screening/exit interview process. Successfully hired over 300 candidates within five months.
