Daily Duties at Raytheon Polar Services Contract Through Geo Logics:
Responsible for providing full life cycle Recruitment/Staffing support for Engineering, Fleet Operations and Chefs for the United States Antarctica Program at McMurdo Station. Built and maintained a pipeline of qualified candidates by posting positions externally, internet research (LinkedIn, Spoke), networking, cold calling, referrals and industry organizations. Utilized aggressive methods of recruiting such as networking, referrals, cold calling to recruiter top talent for various projects. Gained a full understanding of each client’s/hiring manager’s requirements and established trust level with each business partner. Updated and maintained ATS to reflect candidate status throughout the recruitment/hiring process. Provide weekly recruitment reports providing candidates status, requisition status and time to hire.
