Daily Duties at Kenexa Government Solutions:
Business Development Consultant for Human Capital Operations with Kenexa Government Solutions responsible for all Federal Government and Defense Industry business development in the US. Proficient in all sales strategies, networking resources, information gathering, proposal development, presentation, and pricing. Research prospective clients for intelligence gathering to evaluate the organizations needs and determine which Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Human Capital Management lines to market to them. Designate and manage follow-up sales presentations for outside sales group. Debrief management on a weekly basis detailing sales activities and sales pipeline. Senior Recruiter Led Recruitment and permanent placement solutions for multiple clients, consistently exceeding goals and placing over 300 candidates within a 10 month period. Create HRIS reports detailing employee information and payroll reports. Integral part of a team responsible for achieving targeted diversity recruiting and retention goals with a major government agency client. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities; provided extensive and aggressive sourcing of candidates utilizing recruiting and sales skills to identify top-tier candidates, pre-screened and interviewed candidates and conducted reference checks, marketing candidates to hiring managers. Met with hiring managers to establish requirements and schedule weekly candidate interviews. Developed and sustained a loyal client base via provision of ‘customer service excellence’ and a high level of attention to detail in matching most suitable candidate to each client need/vacancy. Updated and maintained ATS to reflect candidate status throughout the recruitment/hiring process.
