Daily Duties at The Bartech Group:
Responsible for providing full life cycle Recruitment/Staffing support for Aerospace Engineering (Cleared), Technical, Operations, Finance positions on a national level. Gained a full understanding of each client’s/hiring manager’s requirements and established trust level with each business partner. Provide guidance and direction to employees and management for bargained positions, to include salary negotiation and solution development for complex problems and resolution of conflict situations. Create HRIS reports detailing employee information and payroll reports. Utilized aggressive methods of recruiting such as networking, referrals, cold calling to recruiter top talent for various projects. Clearly verify, define, and obtain position requirements and gather information from account managers, hiring managers regarding client environment/platform, culture to ensure proper candidates suitability. Check references and present qualified candidates to clients through customized resume including a candidates background overview and reference notes. Maintain current consultants through weekly check-ins, including a candidate interview preparation and debriefing. Update and maintain ATS, open requisitions and weekly new hire reports. Built and maintained a pipeline of qualified candidates by posting positions externally, internet research (LinkedIn, Spoke), networking, cold calling, referrals and industry organizations.
