Daily Duties at Electronic Data Systems:

Responsible for developing cost models for use by EDS’ sales team in the Re-engineering workspace. Worked on methodologies for developing pricing strategies for EDS’ ‘Price by Phase’ initiative.  Worked with Product Managers to develop requirements and design of cost models adhering to EDS’ GAD-QMS development methodology.  Reviewed design and production models with stakeholders, produced models, unit and system tests and wrote training plans.  De-constructed finished project workbooks to determine time, effort and costs by phases of project work.  Reported findings to EDS executive teams responsible for delivery of the ‘Price by Phase’ model.
