Daily Duties at Electronic Data Systems:

Verify that EDS is in compliance with responsibilities as defined in the U.S. Army GFEBS contract.  Work with leveraged organizations’ delivery personnel to determine contractual compliance gaps. Once recognized, create action plans for closing the gaps and fulfilling obligations. Work on proposal for enhancing Help Desk services to the county’s internal user base.  In conjunction with account leadership, generated and delivered business proposal.  Created SOW, Workflow, Cost Model and Implementation plans. Maintained project workbooks.
