Daily Duties at Airteam, Ltd.:
Purchased all warrantable and C.O.D. service parts/coils/equipment for daily service and forecast seasonal stock, processed warranty claims for all purchasing accounts - both electronic and manual, daily receiving, shipping, and product return reports, reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable, aging reports, negotiate with vendors, cost comparison, P/L forecasting, queries and reports, MS Access. Inventory Control; Warehouse organization, monthly counting of service parts, field tech inventory reporting and reconciliation of variances, service product allocation to technicians and rough-in/ trim products to sub-contractors, Daily counting of equipment and reconciliation of variances, daily shipping of equipment and service/production products.
