SEPRACOR, INC., Marlborough, MA / Pittsburgh, PA March 2006 to Present A researched base pharmaceutical company with $1B in annual revenues and 3,000 sales representatives Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Pittsburgh Market Recruited by Sepracor to sell, promote, and market the use of Lunesta and Xopenox to 400+ primary care and internal medicine doctors and psychiatrists in the Pittsburgh South territory. Assisted physicians in understanding the use and benefit of products on disease states and a patient’s quality of life. Provide tools to navigate the complex world of coverage and attain product. Build and manage relationships with doctors (MDs) and physician’s assistants (PAs), and office staff. Report to District Manager-Pittsburgh. • Q2 2009: finished at 105% to goal with Lunesta. Omnaris at 165% to goal. This put me at a ranking of 12 out of 130 regionally and 88 out of 750 nationally. In Q3 I finished in the top 30 regionally and top 100 nationally. The current structure has me covering these products and territory by myself. • Maintained 9% market share in a tremulous 2007, marred by company restructuring and introduction of a new generic into the market • Captured 3rd out of 200 sales representatives in market share and sales in the Northern region (2006). • Achieved 10% market share for a product with 3rd tier coverage in a market dominated by generics. • Took leadership role in analyzing, and reporting to management, business trends in Pittsburgh south territory. • Worked cohesively with team to achieve territory goals and to roll out new programs and initiatives
