Daily Duties at Chromalloy Gas Turbine:

Initiated and developed Human Resource Department and oversaw related HR functions for 17 locations throughout North America. Managed human resources department including compensation, benefits, recruitment, EEO, affirmative action plan administration, and training. Analyzed and resolved personnel grievances and counseled management on employee-related issues. - Participated in mergers and acquisitions evaluation, preparation, and negotiations. Prepared RFP's, reviewed and approved workforce cost, manpower planning, and cultural compatibility. - Monitored the legislative and regulatory environment for proposed changes and the potential impact to the company, took appropriate proactive steps to support, modify, or oppose the proposed changes. - Oversaw environmental health and safety programs. - Wrote, established and kept current Affirmative Action Program for multiple sites. Analyzed, tracked trends, evaluated and reported statistical data. - Developed programs to promote a team atmosphere, implemented management teambuilding development programs, facilitated focus groups, resulting in employee complaints reduction by 42%.
