Daily Duties at West Corporation:

Managed the employee relations and management development function for a 5000 employee in-bound and out-bound call center. Core responsibilities included consulting, ADR, legal oversight, mediation, investigations, corporate cost control, acted as company liaison in unemployment hearings, EEOC mediations, and in-house disputes. Developed, and facilitated Management training programs addressing employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, and other core management and leadership competencies. - 98% success rate in unemployment hearings favorable decisions. - Composed "court ready"responses to 10-EEOC charges in a six-month period, which resulted in zero company impact. - Developed and implemented accelerated management training programs addressing specific problems areas significantly improving manager/employee relations and reduced EEOC claims by 37%. - Gained oversight of an additional call center supporting additional 250 employees.
