Daily Duties at Comcast Cable Corporation:
Directed a full-service human resources operation for 14 locations and 168 full-time employees. Served as a key member of the senior management team; functioned as a strategic business partner by providing programs and tools to support the achievement of organizational and business objectives. - Proactively identified employee concern/satisfaction measures through employee interaction initiatives and facilitation programs. Tracked trends, analyzed, build and implemented improvement strategic plan. Area employee satisfaction, (CredoSpeak), survey scores are best in company. - Provided expertise, counsel, and interpretation of state and federal labor laws as well as company policies, procedures, training, workflows, and employee relations, to allow business units to focus on their core priorities. - Streamlined the reduction-in-force plan converting a complex process to an easy to understand tool. The process has been adopted as a best practice for the division. - Successfully launched the implementation of a new HRIS/Payroll system (SAP) for area of responsibility. - Structured and implemented customized leadership coaching and development, succession planning, performance and talent management programs.
