Challenged business groups to ensure feasibility of aggressive projections of adoption rates for new technology module. • Partnered with external consultants to examine the role of the contingent workforce in IT, current policy in relation to industry standard, and investigate the flow and loss of knowledge transfer in critical IT roles. Completed an extensive and in-depth review of staffing, top attrition drivers, and overall contractor spend.
