Managed technical consulting engagements under strict scheduling and budgetary constraints. Routinely negotiated and fulfilled state and federal environmental regulatory requirements using risk-based management methods on behalf of energy industry clients. Recruited and trained a 25-person specialty group and supported energy sector operations nationally. • Directed scientific investigation/analysis, data validation, risk assessment, numerical modeling and engineering feasibility studies (RI/FS) at energy generation facilities in Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey. • Evaluated renewable energy generation redevelopment scenarios on environmentally impacted sites. • Coordinated environmental due diligence for two electric utility mergers. • Led technical teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce compliance costs and refine, test and commercialize breakthrough environmental technology solutions.
