As federal program director, provided senior technical review and was responsible for overall cost, schedule and quality of performance for work performed under an $8M environmental enforcement support contract with USEPA Superfund Program. • Recruited, trained, and managed a multi-disciplinary professional team and achieved the federal client’s highest customer service ranking within 12 months. • Structured corporate development initiatives and negotiated $1.5M in technology licensing transactions.
