Directed all aspects of planning, funding, marketing, and operating a high-profile business incubator that identifies, selects, and commercializes innovative technologies in the homeland security and national intelligence industry. • Executed an innovative service model to accelerate technology commercialization that enabled portfolio companies to secure more than $125M in public/private capital and $300M in sales contracts, and complete two divestitures within 24 months. • Forged cash-positive partnerships with Fortune 500 corporations, major universities, investors, and agencies at all levels of government including Boeing, Nokia Northrop Grumman, and National Security Agency. • Operated a 30,000 sq. ft. destination facility for portfolio residency, programming and signature events. • Developed brand exposure in the national/international press and served as the company’s spokesperson presenting to audiences of up to 2,000 people. • Established powerful advisory networks and successful organizational culture.
