Daily Duties at International Paper:
Manage 6 direct reports in Memphis, TN and 7 indirect reports located in Krakow, Poland; Franklin, VA, and Memphis, TN. Drive all aspects of training development and delivery for portions of a large supply chain SAP implementation (needs analysis, role mapping, curriculum development, content development, technical training environment, on-line training simulations, content delivery, refresher content delivery). Oversee entire order management training area which accounts for over 200 instruction hours of training content. Deliver instructor-led training, virtual classroom training via Interwise, and train-the-trainer sessions as needed for the following areas: customer service, sales, master planning and demand planning.
