Rapidly advanced due to proven performance, earning three fast-track promotions in seven-year span culminating in DM post over eight retail stores with combined workforce of 100 employees and $13M in annual sales. Transformed district with low sales and highest turnover and inventory losses in region to the highest sales volume (store and commercial sales), highest profit margin district in region. Cut inventory losses by more than half, slashed district shrink more than 300%, reduced employee turnover 40%, and delivered commercial sales and profit increases of 45% and 230%, respectively, year-over-year at six locations.
