Held full operational, P&L, and physical responsibility for daily, multi-function operations consisting of retail auto parts store ($2.5M in annual sales), local area warehouse ($1.8M in sales), and commercial delivery program ($750K in sales). Recruited, hired, trained, and supervised 16-member staff and managed merchandising/inventory control functions, with accountability for meeting corporate budget, shrink, sales, and margin goals
