Daily Duties at Ywca Of Western New York, Inc:
• Responsible for complete Fiscal management, including accounting, financial analysis, statement preparation, cash flow projections, reports, bank transfers and reconciliations, to ensure company obligations are met. • Provide analysis, budgeting, presentation and interpretation of monthly financial statements to CEO, Department Directors, Program Managers, Finance committee and Board of Directors • Supervise monthly billing for reimbursement from State and Federal funding sources, advise employees on accounting policies, principles and procedures • Oversight of computer network and coordinate with Consultants on upgrades to network infrastructure, computers and security.
