Daily Duties at At&T:

Incubated patented Labs efforts into the Portfolio ($1B).Responsible for incubating patented technology transfer efforts and translating them into significant e-commerce portfolio (Portable ISP, Unified Messaging, and VoIP) using web, OOH, DM, & bill inserts by successfully targeted emerging Internet communities for a potential revenue contribution of $1B. Launched 1st new brand in 112 years against $5B opportunity. Evaluated creative campaign selection in General, Hispanic and Asian markets. Created and managed unique “345” integrated promotional platforms and overlays to stimulate the business. Developed event strategy that activated the brand for faster brand awareness vs. competition for 38% lower CPM. Development & management of integrated Customer Strategy & Brand Value Proposition through nomenclature system & harnessing platform halo of Solutions & brand consulting expertise. Partnered in the development of Brand Strategy & Customer Value Proposition as well as created & managed Brand Strategy Naming to entrench Customer Value Proposition (SG&A avoidance of $5MM). Key segment lead in establishing a needs based segment model against $26.4 opportunity, & related programs with integrated offers via services, product bundles, & rewards.Developed and managed 1997 Market Plan to support retention increase of +25% via Consumer Spending model as well as development of key must-win local state plans (WA, VA, NJ, NY, TX, & CA).
