Daily Duties at Ibm:

Responsible for growing IBM brand value & leveraging for strategic efforts (Ex: e-business on-demand, ibm.com, Servers, Digital Media, & Tivoli). (1) Led the development of a new Brand Strategy framework that encompassed: innovative approaches to the customer experience and leveraged insight from the “Great Company to Greater Company” research study enabling IBM to set the Industry Agenda in support of IBM’s vision of the “future of computing.” (2) Imbedded Brand Strategy into IBM's Strategic Processes to deepen IBM's brand - sensitivity & actionable brand strategy planning across IBM ensuring brand delivery was compelling & differentiated to customers while also assessing and evolving business plans and strategies for improved execution in ’02 & ‘03. Responsible for in-house marketing consulting on key cross-company efforts (e-business $30B & Storage) & Marketing function development. (1) Partnered in and supported evolving IBM e-business Infrastructure by focusing on marketplace understanding through qualitative and quantitative research that impacted $.5B in M&S.
