Software, Professional Services and Business Process Outsourcing for Human Resources Administration • Business development, providing employee benefits software and content (on-site as well as via WebEx) • Software was web-based solutions encompassing all aspects of benefits enrollment, Human Resources administration, and employee communications • Demonstrated the Bswift system, highlighting key advantages but also able to respond to detailed questions on functionality • Built relationships with referral partners, e.g., brokers, consultants, and TPA's, to help generate leads that lead to increased sales
