Hire and monitor the performance of investment managers for $70 million in pension, endowment, and deposit funds. Manage insured litigation. Negotiate leases. Executive Director of Finance, May 1995 – June 2005 Managed the finance, facilities management and development offices. Restructured governance, policies and procedures for the deposit and loan fund. As a result, deposits have nearly doubled and the operation has generated surpluses in ten of the past eleven years. Hired key staff and installed new accounting software to modernize the operations of the finance office and increase the professionalism with which the accounting services and management reporting are delivered.
