Daily Duties at Citigroup Global Markets:

Provided senior level support for 6 to 12 bankers in Fixed Income/ Leveraged Finance Group: Directors, VPs, Associates, and Managing Directors.Integrated new hires into Lev Fin infrastructure and network system.Coordinated necessities and participated in large bank meetings to raise global investment capital, secure company loans and/or offer more customized investment strategies to high-profile or private clients in various industries. Bank meeting coordination included: catering, dry-run/rehearsals, audio/visual technology, corporate conference room or/hotel facilities, investor invitations and contracts management, and admin duties - 25 to 200 attendees. Arranged client/deal related dinners and luncheons - up to 8 attendees. Coordinated arrangements for complex international/domestic business, and vacation travel. Coordinated with technology, contractors/maintainace, and relocation facilities to execute internal/external moves or restructuring. Assisted in research, team, and personal business projects. Processed and reconciled 4 to 5 figure business expenses and legal invoices weekly. Ordered and managed supplies and hardware. Composed correspondence and assisted team with presentations. Created spread sheets for finance company listings, and bank meeting attendees. Maintained email and calendar management. MS Office, Concur & P2P. Answered telephones, set up conferences, scheduled appointments, mass reproduced documents, and other admin duties.
