Multiple growth roles held during tenure: HR Specialist, Benefits 2/2000 – 5/2001: • Managed vendor relations, contract negotiations and benefits coordinator. • Assisted in the development, testing and implementation of all HRIS system components for the health and welfare plans and implemented an audit system for data integrity resulting in improved data integrity from 70% to 99% accuracy. • Audited and recouped over $500,000 overpayment to vendors in 2000. HR Generalist-Business Partner, International HR, and AAP Specialist, 9/1997 – 2/2000: • Dedicated HR Generalist to multiple US and Canadian manufacturing facilities: provide employee relations, compensation, policy and organizational change consultation. • Implemented AAP process by revising existing and implementing new policies and practices related to hiring practices, job posting and tracking (EEO policy, Job Posting policy for plants, job group tracking, self-identification form, etc.). • Trained and implemented new HR policies and programs including new compensation and performance evaluation programs, corporate policies, and team building/effectiveness (Certified Zenger Miller trainer). • Direct HR liaison for international business team global employment projects. • Developed and managed expatriate program. Part-time Relocation Coordinator, 3/1994 – 2/1997: • Designed and implemented new relocation program from direct-expense to lump sum program. • Created bid specification, researched vendors and cost-saving measures, proposed program to executive management, composed new policy and guidelines, and implemented new program within project timeline.
