Daily Duties at Cargil Animal Nutrition:

Start up of mill, boiler, mill's, sacking lines, forklifts, loading docks, scale systems, blocking machine. After start up, implement computer based maintenance program and started the day's preventative/predictave maintenance program. Safety meetings with plant manager and lead men. Order parts, did payroll, employed/dismissed tech's, budgeting and confrence calls. I made several trips to Ft. Worth, Minniapolis/St. Paul, Colorado, Amarillo doing repairs/set-up for other plants.

Any type of print, ladder logic, schematic, etc., Plan, execute and evaluate training and learning materieals for suppliers of services and supply's., Bring together and handle multidisciplinary project groups for product development, escpecially from a production asspect., Developed, handled and given ongoing evaluation of technical guidance and staff development plan for use in multiple company-operated equipment and operational proceedures., In coordination with other plant leaders, planned and implemented Quality Improvement/Technical Quality Assurance Plans to utilize in company manufacturing., Participated in the hiring, technical and orientation training of all new hires., Lay-off/dismissal of employees and did the exit interviews., Supervise employees of 200 or more/less; Train, plan, evaluate and delegate responsibilities and observe work done and provide final sanction upon completion., Finish financial formalities ensuring orders are in budgetary needs., Finish formalities, for inventory, escpecially Vendor Stocking, transport, buying, accounting and month-end reports., Included in the 2005-2006 Who;s Who of Empowering Executives and Professionals., Implemented the MSDS Book, location and training of all employees of what it's purpose was for where it would be located and how to use it., HAASP Licensed and Coordinator., MS Office, Word, Excell & Power Point, Each physcal year started on Capitol Projects, from a thought to the actual application, either through in house technicains to hired millwrites., Implementainton of computer based maintenance program, to daily, weekly, monthly, semi annually & annualy to record repairs and installs, but more so it was used to help in the preventative/predictative maintenance.
