Daily Duties at Airgas, Inc:

Daily management of 8-10 sales representatives. Exceeding Sales goals through the team that I lead. Conducting Sales Meetings, goal setting, one on one and group assessments of performance. Responsible for all reporting related to my team including budget and performance presentations and corporate sales meetings for all divisions.
