Market and manage overall revenue generation of an upscale 8000 sq. ft. American style restaurant encompassing a Jazz and Blues Nightclub venue. I managed the Chef, kitchen staff, and front of house team in quality and customer service. Handled the inventory, ordering, par levels, and quality of staff training. I also worked as a Bartender, server, and cook when needed. In addition, conducted wine training seminars to complement the vast wine menu.
