Daily Duties at South Loop Club Restaurant & Bar:
Handle all aspects of managing this high volume restaurant and sports bar located within the South Loop. Including, but not limited to: ordering to maintain par levels of liquor, produce, paper products, and other miscellaneous goods; staff interviewing, training and counseling; front and back of house operations, to-go business, maintaining quality of service in both food as well as liquor presentation; handle promotional events and Grant Park Softball League nights; daily auditing of guest checks as well as credit card transactions; responsible for all four cash registers and the reconciliation of this manual system thereafter, bartend, and any other duty required in this "hands-on” environment
