Simultaneously managed multiple-store locations throughout Southern California, including Beverly Hills Flagship store. Created and implemented shortage strategies, awareness action plans, physical inventory reconciliation procedures, and internal audit programs. Led investigations and resolved internal dishonesty incidents through interview and interrogation techniques (Wicklander & Zulawski). Recruited, trained, and developed non-exempt staff throughout assigned stores; led new-hire orientations.
