Strategized innovative prevention techniques and implemented initiatives, strategies, audits, and investigations across all locations to minimize loss and maximize asset protection. Selected, trained, developed, coached, and managed all exempt staff and numerous non-exempt personnel. Conducted internal audits; analyzed physical inventory results. Investigated loss trends and exception reports. Communicated effectively with all levels of store and senior management teams to drive program success.
