Assisted Executive Director with initiatives to ignite re-start of agency including website development, marketing, branding, and fundraising / capital campaign projects. • Developed end-to-end customer experience strategy for startup IT firm. Exceeded client expectations (capturing 100%+ of projected B2B sales with targeted partners), resulting in follow-on contract to create overall sales and market differentiation strategy for B2C segment.
