Managed the indirect mortgage lending department. Reviewed portfolios from correspondent and delegated lenders prior to purchase for quality, profitability and compliance. Helped create incentive and education programs to attain objectives. Assisted in the purchase of the AOPA portfolio (airplane lending). Hired and educated employees in how to set lines to achieve company goals with minimal risk.
