Supervised 11 consumer finance offices located in Western Pa. and Northeastern Ohio. Reduced delinquency and loss while improving bottom line profit by training existing management in how to maximize efforts with employee’s daily tasks. Hired and trained personnel to achieve company goals while building an atmosphere of team spirit. Set up business to business relationships for office growth.
