Job responsibilities included training and supervising ten to thirty workers on various machines including: 24', 37 1/2", 50" Flexo Folder Gluers, Bobst 3-stage Die Cutter, Bostitch Single Head Stitcher, Chathern Labeler, Universal and General Taper, 35", 50", 86", Letter Press Printer Slotter, Ward Die Cutter Gained experience in shipping, including dispatching, load set-up, and keeping shipping ledger current. Shipped a daily average of 2.5 - 3.5 million square feet. Coordinated dispatches among PCA fleet and common carriers. Had training in production planning and corrugator. Attended PCA seminars for waste control and contemporary supervision. Served on Burlington PCA safety committee
