Daily Duties at Wisconsin Packaging:
Set up training; scheduled machines; Hired new employees; Ordered supplies that included sheets, inks, cutting dies, printing plates, and maintenance parts; Supervised ten to twenty employees including starting a second shift; Established plant rules, pay levels, vacations, holidays, and inventory levels Came into an operation that had been in business only a short time, and was able to decrease the overhead and help the plant to start making a profit. Shipped an average of 2.5-4.0 million square feet a month
