Job responsibilities included: training and supervising of Finishing and Corrugator departments; Quality Lab operation; Quality Processes: Setting up new processes and training including: Evaluation of data, ISO Certification, Weyerhaeuser Quality Processes, SPC training and implementations, Systems and Quality audits, computer training and general up keep, Supplier Audits, and Customer Visits; Implementation of all new processes around Quality and Production. Participated in hiring of new employees for the Production area. Coordinated training module for Production floor. Training includes: SPC training, QI Storyboard training, Computer training, Kiwi Training, QMI Internal Auditor Training, Work team Training,
