Daily Duties at Weyerhaeuser Corporate:

Served as business quality resources and trainer for 105 box plants; Developed and conducted all quality, Flexo Folder Gluer, Rotary Die Cutter, Bobst, Corrugator Wet End and Dry End classes. Developed and maintained the plant operation web site, which was called Weyerhaeuser Quality Process.  WQP Lead Trainer for TTI and PTI (Packaging Technical Institute) (Production Manager Training)  Served as a Lead Instructor, trained over 1500 + employees and management staff in various areas. Managed the Quality System for all locations and ensure the smooth procedure working with their managers. Set up web system and DMS system for ISO and SOP documents and document control for the Zone. Worked with Newton to set up documents and corrugator system; Conducted training on COC and Corrugator and finishing conformance testing training; Helped with the Quavar system and procedures for customer service.
