Daily Duties at Weyerhaeuser Corporate:

Managed Proctor and Gamble, Frito-Lay, Kraft Foods, Con Agra, ensured that plants supplying Con Agra and alignment with Weyerhaeuser Quality Process practices. Reviewed all audits/assessments, made suggestion on process improvement, periodically reviewed corrective action plans and assisted plant with customer audits.  Managed the COA program; negotiated realistic production expectations; verified and monitored conformance with COA, assisted in CHRONIC defect elimination, and managed any IT COA solutions and eventual roll-out.  Worked with plant manager reviewing and resolving major problems. Assisted with customer audits.  Worked with plants manger on Capability Studies, Six Sigma projects, and customers Capability Studies  Lead training class for several region on Six Sigma overview, how to conduct Process Capability Studies.  Active Member of our Black Belt team on Skew issue to resolve this on over 70% of the machines in plants, for less then $5000 per machine improved the Skew to over 1cpk and increased productivity.  Board Member for Weyerhaeuser Black Belt team and a member of training program setup team.
