Daily Duties at Saks, Inc Club Libby Lu:

Full P & L responsibility with emphasis on effectively monitoring payroll costs in 90 store locations. Developed and implemented programs in areas of IT., human resources, benefits, procurement, electronic GC’s and register conversion to operate 90 stores effectively. Developed and implemented a new store opening process for 75 stores. Successfully coordinated and monitored daily progress of all departments to insure store opening goals achieved. Established new procedures for procurement and allocation of supplies, fixtures, and marketing materials resulting in a 35% cost reduction. Decreased average cost of a new store by $30K with an overall cost reduction of $2.25M. Initiated successful cost reduction program through vendor negotiations in areas of fixture costs, supply costs, construction costs and new store opening process. Accomplished cost reduction in maintenance procedures through vendor negotiations, decreased cost of flooring, lighting, HVAC and general repairs in 90 stores by 30%.
