Supervised 24/7 operation of Green Bay Fabrication Plant and Shipping Department. Trained and directed 54 full-time manufacturing personnel and achieved significant individual productivity improvements. • Responsible for achieving weekly on-time shipping of 95%+ • Assisted in achieving ISO 9001 Quality Certification
