Hired, trained, and led internal team of 5 Sales Engineers that were responsible for customized product solutions. Supported the entire external sales organization (300 Sales Representatives) and six manufacturing locations. • Responsible for 17% of overall corporate sales • Developed and implemented an automated request system that reduced turnaround time by 16 working hours and built searchable database for future requests
