Reviewed SAP time tracking report to monitor percentage of employees that are reporting their efforts Set up employee records in SAP to enable them to track their time Met with Software Engineering Process Group to define project mangement and software development process policies for the organization Gave presentations to report progress to senior management Gave presentations on different topics in effort to solicit employee support for the initiative Held training sessions for SAP time tracking module Ensured employee adherence to the defined time tracking procedures Worked with senior management to support the institutionalization of practices
