Monitored project tasks and milestones completion status relative to completion dates Communicated with clients as appropriate or as necessary Reviewed status reports and communicated with project team members (including direct reports and 3rd-party vendors) as appropriate or as necessary Track and update project budgets Provide financial outlook report as scheduled or as necessary to senior management Communicate with the Project Management Office as scheduled or as necessary Tracked and addressed any existing issues and risks Conduct meetings to respond to any existing RFPs/RFIs Conduct scheduled project team meeting Conduct project/program status reporting meeting with clients
